Training on Sustainable Water Management in the Agricultural Sector
On November 19 and 20, 2024, the course at the Chamber of Commerce in Murcia will present the current water situation in Spain, particularly in the Murcia region, and will provide an introduction to the context of the Segura watershed. The program includes an introduction to the principles of sustainable water management in agriculture, covering basic concepts and existing certifications (e.g., AWS). The course will also address future challenges for agriculture as well as the opportunities of integrated water management, featuring a role-playing exercise on collaborative water management.
